Biography:
Mato was the son of a clan chieftain in the northern part of the sierras, on the edge of the mountains on the plains of Nevada. Historically his tribe was known for their horse tamers, a nomadic tribe back east they where forced to their new home by the Indian reservation acts that relocated his people. The white man and their inherent evil introduced the plains people to unknown sickness, forced methods of currency, and addicted them to their drugs and alcohol. Mato left his tribe behind after his father, notorious in his addiction to the white man's poison died because of it. Tired of seeing his people become victim to the same scams and fate Mato took his horse and what little belongings he had, set out into the realm of white men, he soon found himself caught up in illegal activities to survive. Robbing people out on the road and leaving them with nothing. He even met a crew to run with for a time before most of them either died off or ran to do their own thing. Since parting with his crew Mato has made somewhat of a home around Jackson, trying to help bridge the gap between the the Indian tribes and the local outlaws that he has come to know.
