Frank returned the smile with a nod. "Arrived here just yesterday, so very very new. Heard about this place down in Texas and thought to myself that I'd like to start a new life." He definitely had the stance of a military man, and the colt at his hip indicated something similar. "Can I relieve you of one of those pouches of tobacco, miss O'Dempsey?"

"You could say that," Frank responded, taking out a dollar and putting it down. "You got papers too? As for me, well, the west seems to have lots of disreputable characters that need findin'. Good line of work, that."

"So, you're a bounty hunter?" She asked, also packing a pack of papers and giving him 25 cents change.
