I'm resurrecting Starcrown. There will be no timejump or retcon, but there will be two major changes.
1. I am allowing players to portray secondary characters, who are strictly human with 15 points at character creation, max of 5 for every stat but Source, which is absent of course. I have reduced the cost for certain perks, while other perks are clearly limited to strictly Starborn characters.
2. I'm awarding a extra point to returning players.
